Tree Root Removal

Need Help with a Tree Root Removal?

Tree roots can cause major issues with drainage systems; you may need to take advantage of our tree root removal service. Tree roots can cause serious blockages and in more extreme cases can cause your drain to collapse.

CCTV to Diagnose the Problem

To diagnose this problem, we find that our CCTV Drain service is the best tool to use. The CCTV camera fits down nearly every drain and is able to show us the full journey through your drainage system as it is small enough to fit through nearly every size pipe. You will also have the opportunity to view the video footage from the CCTV which many clients of CSS Drainage seem to thoroughly enjoy. Tree roots can remain a growing and undiagnosed problem, often times until it causes an issue. We do recommend that you use our CCTV service periodically to ensure no major issues such as your drain collapsing sue to tree roots growing, it may work out much cheaper in the long run as the drain problem you are experiencing can be sorted in its earlier stage rather than later when more repair work may need to be carried out.

Additional Services When Needed

We find that most tree roots can be cleared away from drains successfully with one of our high pressure water jets, however if the roots have been growing for a while and are a lot more stubborn and nested in then we are able to utilise our specialist root removal equipment. After the removal of the tree root from your drain, you may benefit from our drain relining service which will go a long way to ensure the prevention of tree root issues in the future.

Common Problem that Cause Drain Collapses

As a drainage company in North Wales we find that tree roots are a common problem for drain collapses. It may be hard to believe that tree roots could cause so much havoc and whilst they do there is another issue at hand. Usually tree roots are able to first enter your drain through a small crack or breakages due to your drain not being sealed properly. This is why in most cases one of our engineers will talk to you about our relining service.
